POLYURETHANE SPRAY FOAM COMMERCIAL ROOFING
Is your aging roof leaking? Want to prevent weak spots from turning into leaks? Interested in saving money on your heating and cooling costs?
Our SPF system could be the perfect solution. Designed for flat and low-slope roofs, our SPF coating system penetrates your roof's surface creating a leak-proof seal that protects your roof for years! Sporting an impressive 6.5 R-value per inch of insulation thickness, the roof system cuts down heavily on occurrences of air filtration, making it capable of generating thousands of dollars in heating cost savings throughout the year’s cold seasons.
In fact, based on the energy savings it gives year-round, a Conklin SPF roof has been found to pay for itself in just 4 to 7 years.
Advantages

100% LEAK-PROOF
Our SPF system is backed by a solid, leak-proof warranty that includes the product and our installation service.

REDUCES YOUR HEATING & COOLING BILLS
Our SPF coating reflects sunlight to keep your roof cooler in the summer, while the insulating properties keep heat in during the winter months.

EASY TO RENEW & REFRESH
Our SPF system is applied in layers, so it's easy to renew your roof with an extra coat when you need it.
How does it work?
More than a simple coating, our SPF system is designed to penetrate every inch of your roof, creating a rigid and waterproof barrier that lasts. Proper installation is critical. That's why we follow a proven 4-step process to ensure the best results.

STEP 1: CLEAN
We start by removing loose dirt and debris to clean the roof in preparation for coating.

STEP 2: FIRST LAYER
The first layer is applied about 1" thick to cover your entire roof and provide excellent insulation.

STEP 3: SECOND LAYER
Next, we add a coat of Benchmark acrylic latex that provides additional protection.

STEP 4: FINAL LAYER
A final layer of Puma XL cover is applied, completing the multi-layer, closed-cell system that provides a rigid, waterproof barrier that lasts for years.
